Awardee. Person or Entity that offers the highest buy price and that fulfills the rest of the formal requisites demanded in the procedure, reason for which the Court is declared by new owner of the auctioned good.
Approval of auction. When the court approves the awarding, by means of car, in favor of the best bidder.
I value. Evaluation started to the good by an expert or specializing company, is equivalent to an Appraisal
You load. Obligations and Debts that relapse on the good.
Previous charges. When they are inscribed as such in the Property docket, before the one that has produced the sequestration.
