TO

Direct awarding. When it is indicated a term to present offers in closed envelopes and the highest is awarded. There are no biddings to living voice.

Awardee. Person or Entity that offers the highest buy price and that fulfills the rest of the formal requisites demanded in the procedure, reason for which the Court is declared by new owner of the auctioned good.

Approval of auction
. When the court approves the awarding, by means of car, in favor of the best bidder.

I value. Evaluation started to the good by an expert or specializing company, is equivalent to an Appraisal

You load
. Obligations and Debts that relapse on the good.

Previous charges
. When they are inscribed as such in the Property docket, before the one that has produced the sequestration.

Preferable charges
. Debts contracted to the Administration and that for his legal character survive after the auction, although they have been inscribed after the sequestration.

Transfer. Resignation of a right in favor of another person.

Grantee. Person or entity that receives a transfer in his favor.

Treasurer. Person or entity that has to his charge the good impeded up to the awarding of the auction.

Deposit. Percentage on the price of auction that it is necessary to record before the same one

I impede. Retention of the goods for order of a judge or competent authority, caused usually by unpaid quantities or you fine.

Executed. Person or entity that has caused the debt and to which it is impeded (Debtor or Defendant).

Performer. Person or entity with the one who has the debt and who has requested the sequestration (Creditor)

Throwing. Act of the capture of possession of a good by judicial force.

Bidder. Person who comes to the auction to bid.

To bid. To offer a price for an auction

To improve to the rise. To offer a higher position.

Nude property. The one that lacks the usufruct. When a person has the nude property, it means that another different person has the usufruct, that is to say, he is an owner of the good, but he cannot enjoy it.

Full domain. When all the absolute rights have been on the good or the part of the corresponding good.

Sealed envelope. On enclosure that contains the offer.

Bidder. Bidder.

Position. Price that the buyer offers for the good.

Procedure. Norms that follow to realize an auction.

It bids. Quantity that the bidder offers.

Failure of the auction
. When the rematante does not do the corresponding revenue and the auction remains annulled.

Remnant. What it exceeds. Money that remains after having paid the debt.

Rematante. Person who has awarded the auction and who must pay the final price.

Auction. The rest of the money that the awardee has to deliver, from the deposit at the final price, to formalize the buy

It auctions. Public sale of goods to the best bidder.

Judicial auction. The one that is celebrated in the Courts.

Public auction. To the one that any person can assist.

To replace. To occupy the place of other in his rights and obligations.

Value for which a good goes out to auction.

I plan. Minimal quantity in which the positions or biddings can be increasing from one to other one.

Usufruct. Right to enjoy foreign goods. This right allows to live in a building, but without being able to sell it.
